Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel comfortable and confident. If your binder doesn't fit quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Prepare Package

  Place the item in its original packaging. Ensure all tags are attached and the garment is free of pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Print the provided prepaid return label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the item. Approved exchanges or refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
